The grand master bedroom is a true highlight, featuring soaring 12-foot ceilings, expansive windows with beautiful views, a 50-inch smart TV, a luxury ensuite with a double vanity, and a generous walk-in robe. The open-plan living and dining areas, complete with a 55-inch smart TV, are designed for easy entertaining and relaxation.



Step out onto the spacious alfresco balcony, a beautifully furnished space perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset with an evening drink. Ducted air conditioning ensures your comfort year-round.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire three-level villa, ensuring complete privacy with no shared spaces.

✔ Secure, contactless self check-in is available, with full access details provided prior to arrival.

> Key Collection: Please note that keys need to be collected from a local store 2-minute walk from the villa, the store closes at 9:00 PM daily.

> Security: For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. A noise and occupancy sensor is also installed inside to ensure compliance with our no-party/no-smoking policies. This device is not a camera or audio recording device.

> Families: A portacot with a padded base mat is available. For hygiene and safety, guests are asked to supply their own mattress and linens for the portacot.

> Amenities: We provide a starter supply of bathroom essentials (toilet paper, soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner) and kitchen basics to get you settled in. For your convenience, you can purchase additional groceries from the key collection store.

> Extended Stays: Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional charge and are a requirement for longer stays. Please request to book a mid-stay clean with us at least 3 days in advance.
