Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on half an acre, this property has a private location away from the main residence. The property is a fully self contained granny flat. There is a private patio with BBQ and outdoor setting, Washing machine and air conditioned and ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms. There is an electric 4 burner cooktop with range hood, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. There is a full fridge and freezer. There is a full size smart TV and wifi internet is complimentary. The basic essentials are provided when you arrive and further essentials you will need to be replenished for the remainder of your stay. A book guide for your stay and local attractions is provided.2 Bedroom private stay located in peaceful surroundings while also close to all the fun and activities.
