Located just a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bike ride to the town centre, Numa Sia is surrounded by amenities and local attractions. Surfers will love the central location, with easy access to both Yamba and Angourie beaches. Whiting and Turner's Beaches are only a 6-minute bike ride away and Forde Park offers a scenic route along the way. A relatively flat 15-20 minute bike ride takes you to Angourie's famous Spooky Beach.

Explore the local area. Yamba Distillery, just a 2-minute walk through a grass track behind the house, offers regular entertainment and Yamba Marina is only a 5-minute stroll across parkland. Here, you’ll find a café, BBQ area and fishing boats.
