With generous living spaces, a modern kitchen and bathroom, and a large yard ideal for kids, boats, or trailers, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
Step straight out to the beach at the front, or fire up the BBQ in the backyard and enjoy long summer evenings with family and friends. Holiday Yamba guests can also take a short stroll through shady Flinders Park to Yamba’s Main Beach, home to the Yamba Surf Lifesavers and the famous Yamba Sea Pool, ideal for swimming, surfing, or simply soaking up the sun. The iconic Pacific Hotel is only 300m away, along with a variety of restaurants and cafés serving international cuisine.
A 500m walk down the hill takes you into Yamba’s main shopping streets with boutiques, gift shops, cafés, and more. Relax on the front verandah, take in the sea breeze, and enjoy the quintessential Holiday Yamba experience.

Being an ex local I knew the property was an old rambling beach cottage in a great location but for what we paid I expected and should have had a decent mattress and no cockroaches.
Real estate listened about the cockroaches but couldn't have cared less about the state of the mattresses. They need to be taken to the tip

Thank you for your feedback, I believe the office organized a pest spray when you contacted us about the cockroaches. Thank you for letting us know about the beds, we have never received a complaint in regards to the bedding and we do always take our guests feedback quite seriously so I am perplexed how you could make a determination that we could not care less about your feedback.
