Come and enjoy perfect accommodation, close to the beach and tourist attractions such as the sunset at Jacaré beach, summer festival, Lovina, among others. The house is very cosy, with three air-conditioned suites, equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, super ventilated terrace with hammocks, a lovely pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, a perfect gourmet terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, powder room... The Intermares area is upscale and valued. Clean, urbanised beach suitable for swimming. Safe area with excellent lighting. Everything nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, shops, bakeries. Easy access to João Pessoa.
