Wonderful Carmel Bay and ocean views from this 2-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Carmel Point home located just one block from Carmel Beach. Bring the family - including the fur baby - and explore all that the central California Coast and Monterey Bay area have to offer from this wonderful location.
Living Space
The 1,900 sf reverse floor plan layout of this home takes full advantage of Ocean views. Ground level entry opens to stairs to upper (main) level and the hallway to the downstairs guest bedroom and bath. Upper level: Large, carpeted living room features huge windows (almost floor to ceiling) looking out to views of Carmel Bay and Pebble Beach, high beam ceilings, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and game table.
Kitchen and Dining
Compact, well-equipped kitchen is off the dining area and includes refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, disposal and microwave.
The dining area has French doors leading to a protected back patio (perfect for windy afternoons) with table and chairs and a propane BBQ grill.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite and it is located on the upper level near the living spaces. It has a king bed, TV and French doors which open to the back patio. The en-suite primary bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination and generous counter space.
Bedroom #2 is located downstairs on the entry level and it features a king bed and TV and a sofa.
The full hall bathroom on the lower level has a shower-over-tub combination.
Washer and dryer are located under stairs in a small laundry room.
Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles in large paved driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
