Heaven’s Gate offers a convenient walk to all of the local amenities that make our area feel like heaven on earth. Impeccably maintained both inside and out, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2,486 sf home with separate office/den is furnished with everything you need to host your next gathering.

Living Spaces
From the succulent lined brick pathways, enter into the front foyer and main hallway. The layout of the home provides plenty of separation and privacy for guests.
The large living area has open beam ceilings, brick gas log fireplace, TV (DirecTV), and French doors leading out to the side brick patio and garden. Hard wood floors in the living room and luxury vinyl floors throughout the rest of the main floor.
A separate office or den space is furnished with a desk, sofa, TV, and printer. Access to the half bathroom is through the den.

Kitchen and Dining
The brand new kitchen has quartz countertops, a gas range, two-door refrigerator with bottom ice drawer and separate freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, instant hot water, Keurig, and breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is the lovely dining area that boasts a large picture window, vertical shiplap walls, a built in brick bar area, and seating for 6. Such a cozy room! The homeowner describes it as one of her favorites, as it is the best room “to enjoy game night” with loved ones.
Accessed via the kitchen and dining area, the patio is equipped with tables for 6, 4, and 2 and a propane grill. Another charming space to entertain! The back yard and patio are nicely landscaped and the yard is fully fenced.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home. You'll find a darling Reader’s Nook at the top of the staircase landing. The upper level has hardwood floors throughout.
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite with a king size sleigh bed, reading area, decorative brick fireplace (not operable), ample closet space and large en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size sleigh bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and is adjacent to the full hall bathroom with a standing shower.
The half bathroom is accessed through the office/den.

Utility sink and stacked washer and dryer are located in the garage.

The garage is available for bike storage, etc., but not for guest parking. Parking space for three cars is available in the driveway and in front of the house.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
