Our apartment for 2-6 people with balcony is on the 2nd Floor of our house.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen unit, dining table for 6 people and a cozy TV corner with a sofa.
The 2 bedrooms have a double and a single bed and both have satellite TV.
Shower / toilet and a toilet separately.

Die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung ist genau wie in der Beschreibung, 2 sehr große Schlafzimmer, Balkon mit schönem Ausblick in die Berge. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Danke dafür.

Wunderbare Wohnung, sehr schöne Aufteilung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam. Der Bahnhof liegt sehr nah, Versorgungsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind auch am Sonntag vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, wir kommen sicher wieder (dann hoffentlich bei sonnigem Wetter)

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Gut ausgestattete, schöne Ferienwohnung. Ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Mittenwald ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung und ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert Innsbruck und Garmisch sind keine 30 KM entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Hof. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegete Ferienwohnung. Zwei große Schlafzimmer, so dass genügend Platz besteht, sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es sehr gut in der Wohnung aushalten. Die separate Toilette wird jede Familie feiern. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wechsel von Handtüchern wurde direkt angeboten. Eine große Garage zum Abstellen der Räder war perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Scharnitz ist ein guter Startpunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und hat eine gute Lage, um von touristischen Hochburgen Abstand zu halten. Vor allem zu der jetzigen Zeit ein großes Plus. Lieben Dank für eine schöne Woche bei euch!!

Tolle Wohnung für große Familie oder Freunde

Unsere Wohnung war groß (2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 & 3 Betten) und gut geschnitten, und, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist, jeder hat ausreichend Platz im Schrank, auch für die jew. Bergausrüstung. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder dürfen in die Garage. Wohnung und das ganze Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bequeme Matratzen. Kein Engpass beim Bad, da es ein 2. WC gibt und in jedem Schlafzimmer noch ein Waschbecken. An Regentagen auch mit dem Fernseher kein Streit; es gibt 3 davon (SZ, WoZ). Lage im Ort, aber sehr ruhig, da dank Ortsumgehung kaum Autoverkehr herrscht. Bahnhof 5 Min. entfernt (kein Lärm) mit Direktverbindung nach München und Innsbruck. Nahversorgung im Ort, Großeinkäufe in Mittenwald oder Seefeld. Vermieter wohnen im Haus, sehr nett & hilfsbereit.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Scharnitz sehr genossen! Die Wohnung fanden wir in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand vor. Durch die zentrale Lage bietet sie sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen des Karwendels an, zu dem man gerne nach einem langen Wandertag zurückkehrt. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sprechen eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aus und kommen in Zukunft gerne zurück!

We hebben ons thuis gevoelt bij de Familie Lechner in Scharnitz. Een ruim appartement met 2 grote slaapkamers, toilet, badkamer met toilet, grote overloop, mooi balkon en een knus kamer/keuken vertrek. De omgeving is er prachtig en voor de winterdag is er een mooi skigebied vlak bij.
