3 stunning bedrooms for 8 ADULTS and 3 KIDS in a beautiful basement apartment in close proximity of beautiful lakes and ski resorts , within 7 min Downtown Barrie and Simcoe Lake,20 min to Wasaga Beach & Innisfil Beach,7 min to Snowvalley,30 min to Blue Mountains,20 min to Horseshoe Valley Ski &Snow tubing Adventure. Come and stay in a quite neighborhood among beautiful nature, in front of a cozy and warm fireplace. Bayfield Mall with lots of restaurants and stores is 5 min from my place.

Tatiana was lovely to deal with and we enjoyed our stay. We stayed for around two months between moving into our home and this was perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable, clean and spacious! Tatiana was quick to respond whenever we needed anything and her family was welcoming and kind whenever we saw them outside. The location was perfect and the neighbourhood is so quiet and lovely. I would definitely recommend!
