This charming, single-story, two-bedroom cottage is only a 4-minute bike ride to Burton Baker Beach on Wellfleet's bayside. "Pilgrim's Hideaway" is part of the Pilgrim Acres cottage colony in the desirable Indian Neck area of town.

Enter an open main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. Skylights and vaulted ceiling create a bright and welcoming space. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with basic cable, stream additional content with your own accounts. At the center of the cottage is a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and a dining table with seating for four. The nicely equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig and French press.

Just off the main living area are the cottage's two bedrooms--one has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. There is a bathroom with shower.

The small sunroom off the living room has a desk with a 26" monitor with HDMI cable and keyboard provided--a quiet, private space for remote work. A door from the sunroom leads to the back deck.

Two window ACs, one in each of the bedrooms. Four ceiling fans--one in each bedroom and two in the main living area.

Surrounded by mature plantings and trees, the back deck has outdoor furniture and a gas grill. A lovely spot for meals, morning coffee and relaxation. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower just off the deck.

Explore the surrounding area, home to Wellfleet's natural beauty including Fox Island Marsh and Pilgrim Spring Woodlands Conservation Area (trailhead for both next door to the property). Only a four-minute bike ride (19-minute walk) to Burton Baker Beach, six-minute bike ride (27-minute walk) to Indian Neck Beach.

Short drive to the best of Wellfleet including the the town's ocean beaches and fresh water ponds, golf, tennis, the weekly Wellfleet Farmers Market, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, live theater at WHAT, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, sites and trails. Head to Wellfleet center and harbor--a five-minute drive--for amazing restaurants, galleries and shops. Only a 20-minute drive to Provincetown.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
