Also parchment paper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and Ziploc sandwich bags. Ice ready to use in the freezer. • Bright living area with a cozy leather sofa, 50” Roku TV (free Netflix + streaming options), and large windows for plenty of daylight. • Stylish bathroom with a rain shower and a newly installed water softener—your skin will love it! Plus, we provide everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a fresh set of towels for each guest, a hair dryer, and a garment steamer. • High-speed fiber Wi-Fi internet for work or play. • Baby-friendly amenities: Kids’ toys and games. Additional Info • This is a legal walkout basement suite with extensive soundproofing (resilient channels, safe& sound insulation, 5/8" drywall). While minimal, you may occasionally hear light footsteps from above. • We live upstairs and are happy to help if you need anything—but we respect your privacy at all times. • For your safety and peace of mind, 2 exterior security cameras monitor in front of the house and at the guest entrance. No cameras inside the suite, ever. These cameras help ensure: Guest and property safety, Prevention of unauthorized guests or pets, Protection against theft, vandalism, or property damage, Quick resolution of issues, such as late checkouts or rule violations.
Please note: We have a shy indoor cat named Wally who lives with us in the main house. Occasionally, he may quietly explore the backyard, but he never enters the guest suite or interacts with guests directly. Just a friendly heads-up in case anyone has allergies or prefers to be aware.

This property is immaculate! 10/10 for cleanliness, communication and for adding in little touches to make you feel welcome! The suite feels very open and the ample natural light was nice. The mattresses were so comfortable and the closet full of board games was entertaining! The dedicated parking spot in the back was a very nice bonus. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. This place is truly a gem in Calgary!

This place is truly a home away from home! It is very close to everything you need for shopping, and the property was very clean and well-stocked with games, bathroom necessities, and cooking supplies. I especially loved the cookware! The beds are also extremely comfortable. Having private parking is a huge plus, and the space is perfectly set up if you have children, too. On top of that, the hosts are great, helpful, and friendly. I stayed for 10 days and highly recommend it. You will definitely enjoy your stay, and I will certainly be back!
