Usually see a binder with detailed instructions of dos and don'ts which we find useful. This was our first experience with VRBO and we would have liked more information. Once contacted, host was easy to reach by text.Upstairs second room was way too hot for summer. We could not use it. Internet reception was very good for the area and allowed for remote work. The scenery was beautiful and the area nice and quiet.
