Nestled along the golden sands of Cousins Shore, this 4 bedroom beach house + 1 bedroom bunk house offers panoramic ocean views, gentle sea breezes, and direct beach access just steps from the door. Perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a peaceful coastal escape, our home blends historic island charm with modern comfort.

One of the only properties at Cousins Shore which has its own, private access to the beach right on the property.

Private access to the beach, steps away from the front deck. Water views from three directions. Minimalist & clean aesthetic.

On the property you will find:

A main house with 4 cozy bedrooms (sleeps 9 comfortably). Large half bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms and full bathroom on main floor.

1 open concept bunk house, with living area, bunk beds, pull out couch and full bathroom. (Sleeps 3 comfortably)

Main house has a bright open-concept living, dining & kitchen area with ocean views. A separate seating area on the main floor features an office space and cozy reading nook where you can soak in the sunshine & ocean views.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and island-inspired touches.

Spacious deck with BBQ, outdoor dining area & outdoor seating.

Private outdoor shower.

Private fire pit.

Wi-Fi, TV and a large selection of books and games.
