Open concept with loft dorm style sleeping w/ 3 double beds and 2 singles. First floor has 2 bedrooms w/king and queen beds; 2 bath cottage within steps to the Gulf of the St. Lawrence and a very nice beach. Beach has a runoff that the kids and dogs can enjoy. Close to Anne of Green Gables.

Huge deck with cabana bench for sunbathing. Open concept with kitchen, dining, living, bath, and bedrooms. Property has outdoor shower and additional bathroom. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, outside cloths line, beach towels, sand toys, wagon, beach chairs, adirondack chairs, BBQ, high speed wireless internet, satellite TV, phone, and fully equipped kitchen. Towels and linens provided. Several boardgames to play indoors or play croquet, horseshoes, and badminton outside. Outside fire pit for your enjoyment and cooking s'mores. Lots of sand toys and games for the beach as well as beach towels and chairs!

Dogs welcome, non smoking only

Close to golf, shopping, dining, fishing, canoeing, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, vegetable barns, fresh seafood and beef. And Lake of Shining Waters.

Wonderful cottage

This was the second time we have stayed here and everything was perfect. The cottage is equipped with everything you need, it is clean and has an amazing deck overlooking the ocean.

We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. Aside from the sunrise and sunset walks on the beach, the deck was our favorite retreat. The views and sounds of the ocean were mesmerizing while reading a book or knitting a sweater.

Great Getaway!

We had such a great vacation! This property was a perfect place. The location was absolutely the best, and it was clean, lots of space, well stocked with all the essentials , and we really loved the separate outside bathroom, shower and washer and dryer. Our host was super helpful and extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. Thank you for a wonderful time !

Cottage review

The cottage was beautiful and perfect for a larger family or group of people to stay. Lots of activities and toys for kids, a short walk to a beautiful beach and a great deck to relax on. Would definitely recommend!

The property met all our expectations and more. It was easy to relax on the deck overlooking Cousins beach. We loved the daybed outside and all the comfortable furniture on the wraparound deck. The inside is beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed. Looking forward to returning next year.

Paradise in PEI

From outside to inside, the cottage has it all. Fabulous sunset views, friendly and helpful communication with the owner. Comfy beds! Best word to describe the entire cottage would be charming. Would rebook every year! Highly recommend. Outdoor shower was sooo great!

Well appointed rustic beach home

Located on PEI's north shore a short walk from Cousin's Beach, a sand beach with a little brook running out of it, this rustic home/cottage is close to all the north shore attractions. Everyone enjoyed their stay, the beautiful and quiet setting, and comfortable accommodations. Just as the pictures show it to be... maybe a little bigger than photos suggest. Thanks for a great view and stay!

Lovely cozy cottage

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was very charming inside. The ocean was just a short walk away. The beach was beautiful completed by a mama fox and two kits whose den was in the rock wall.We got to watch as they frolicked around. I highly recommend this cottage and it’s surrounding area. There are many things to do.We loved it here and plan to come back. Best, Pam,Harold and Shayna our dog

The family and I (group of 7) had an excellent stay at this beautiful cottage. Brenda was excellent to deal with, very responsive. The cottage had absolutely everything, including small details like chilled glasses in the freezer for a cool drink after a long drive. The description is very accurate and then some. Read the little manual when you get there, some helpful tips like a short cut to a private access to the sandy beach (6 minute walk with gear)A great front lawn area for lawn games or for anyone with a dog. Outside shower and day bed on the deck were fantastic. Looking forward to going back next year. Thank you Brenda!

Our week at Park Corner!

Our stay was mostly great. We had two little glitches; the washing machine was on the fritz and the grill wouldn't really light. But we worked around those two things and we had a wonderful stay. Our children and grand children had never been to PEI before and now they really the place. It was an excellent encounter.

Beautiful cottage on the beach

We had a great time at this wonderful cottage. So close to the beach, just a short walk down the path. Cottage had everything you needed and more. The outdoor shower is awesome after the beach and your close to Cavendish and Kensington. Was a great week in PEI. My son loved it up in the loft. His own space to hang out. The deck is beautiful and different parts of the day you could always find a some shade on the wrap around deck.

A Little Piece of Heaven

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at the Park Corner cottage! It was just as wonderful as our friends had told us. The cottage was clean, equipped beyond our imagination and perfectly located to head out for day adventures or to enjoy a day at “our own” beach! It was all we hoped for and more! The host was quick to respond to questions but very few were needed as they had everything so well laid out. While it was just the two of us we easily saw that it would be perfect for larger groups as well! We are missing sunsets from the deck but hope for a return visit!

Seaside getaway

We loved the vibe of the cottage and its ideal location to access the most beautiful beaches! Perfect day was having coffee on the expansive deck, walking the beach with our dog looking for sea glass (found over 20 pieces), and frying up some scallops for dinner before watching the beautiful sunset. Notified Brenda about an issue with the BBQ, and a brand new one arrived the next day. Appreciated how quiet the area is and how close it is to quaint villages where we searched for island pottery. Hope to return with the rest of our family again soon. P.S. First time experiencing an outdoor shower. Heavenly!!

Beach Getaway

Beautiful cottage that has many beds for a large family. They have really thought of everything in terms of supplies including soaps and laundry supplies, propane, chairs and even beach toys for the kids. Gorgeous view and awesome walkway to the beach. The beach is wonderful. There were only 3 rolls of Toilet paper which was not enough for 9 people, so come prepared with TP. Be sure to try the outdoor shower, it was great. Basin View Fishery is just around the corner and sells fresh lobster and halibut at a wonderful price and it was delish! The cottage had all the right cookware too. Confirm check our instructions as the email VRBO sent out did not match the check out time preferred by the renter.

Our happy place

This is our second time staying at Bullies by the Sea - we loved it so much before and we are so happy we came back. It is the most relaxing place on earth. The location is incredible, the most perfect beach, a quiet group of cottages, awesome view, and close to groceries and great restaurants on both sides of the island. We had visitors drop in from Nfld., family members from Ontario, and our grandchildren had a blast at the beach and playing with kites! Communication with Brenda was fast and easy, she answered all of our questions quickly. We are thrilled to be coming back next year. We highly recommend this vacation home (although we don't really want anyone else to find out about it, too difficult to get enough time here as it is lol!!)

Beautiful vacation spot!

This cottage was perfect for our family vacation. We had two teens and two grandparents so altogether six people in the cottage. The loft provided plenty of space for us. The beach was just a short walk and was beautiful. The views were stunning and we saw with the most beautiful sunsets! We would definitely go back.

Amazing view of the ocean

The cottage and it’s proximity to Cousin’s Beach is perfect for a family getaway. The cottage is very well outfitted with everything possibly needed for a long stay. Although a 15 minute drive to amenities it is worth staying on the coast away from the crowds. Take a short drive north to Thunder Cove Beach for another hidden gem.

Great Stay !

My husband and I spent a week at this quaint little cottage at the end of June, and it was the most relaxed we've been in ages ! We have stayed at many rental properties and this property does not lack in amenities. Everything you need is here. Very well stocked with necessities, but we still brought our own stuff (we drove from Southern Ontario so we were able to bring more than we would if we flew). My hubby enjoyed the outdoor shower after spending some time on the beach. The beach is a short walk from the cottage but it is worth it. A beautiful beach ! Beautiful views ! Only downfall was the faint smell of manure coming from a nearby farm, but it wasn't overpowering and it was totally expected as there are farms everywhere. Very comfy King size bed in the downstairs bedroom and hubby would take afternoon naps in one of the many beds in the loft area. All in all a great stay and I would highly recommend staying here. Oh and hubby played golf one day as a single and the course paired him up with a couple. A couple who just happened to be the owners of the cottage ! What are the odds !?!
