Large glass sliders lead from the main living space to an expansive outdoor deck, where you can relax and dine while overlooking a tranquil wooded backdrop.
For added convenience, the property includes a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and a quintessential Cape Cod essential: a private, enclosed outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day of exploring the Bay's famous tidal flats. Whether you are seeking quiet moments on the deck or sun-drenched days at the beach, this well-appointed home provides the perfect setting for your next vacation at an affordable price!
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
