Private Holiday Escape overlooking a stunning backdrop of melaleuca and pandanus forest and luxurious magnesium salt pool. The wide rear veranda is a wonderful space to enjoy outdoor dining or relax in the comfortable outdoor lounges and bar.
"andha yana" is local Wulgurukaba language, "yana" means to go or walk, "andha" means "salt water". This beautiful home is minutes to stroll across the Horseshoe Bay lagoon and boardwalk, the largest seasonal freshwater lagoon on the island, leading to Horseshoe Bay beachfront. An abundance of wildlife, birdlife and island actifvities at your doorstep.
This spacious, well designed home has a gourmet kitchen with island bench, dishwasher, gas cooktop, wall oven and plumbed fridge with icemaker.
The living room has ample sitting areas, TV room and is cooled by two large split cycle air conditioners.
The large master bedroom opens to the rear veranda and has an enormous walk-in robe and attached en suite bathroom.
