They had someone staying in the master bedroom and expected my kids and I to either stay with a stranger or push our reservation back a day. We were forced to cancel and had nowhere to go until vrbo got us complimentary lodgings. Thanks again to vrbo for that!!!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this reservation was affected by a rare double-booking issue, which was an isolated situation and not representative of the experience most guests have. I sincerely apologized at the time and tried to offer alternative solutions, but we were unable to find an arrangement that worked. I understand the frustration this caused and have since taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
