This is a peaceful building. Parties, gatherings are not allowed.
Fine: $950 plus immediate eviction if rules are broken.

Only guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Fine: $150 per unregistered guest per night
🐾 No Pets (Though We Love Them!)
As much as we adore animals, pets are not permitted in Queen Wharf Residence and its surroundings.
💸 Fine: $800 Council fine for unauthorised pets.
🔇 Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Fine: $200 for noise complaints or disturbances.
🧼 Keep It Tidy
Please treat the space with care. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
Fine: $300 + additional costs depending on severity.
🛏️ Mid-Stay Cleaning for Long Stays (14+ nights)
Optional mid-stay cleaning, fresh linen, and restocking are available upon request (additional charge applies).
⏰ Late Checkout
Check-out is strictly by the stated time.
Additional charges apply for late departures unless pre-approved.
🔑 Lost Key
Lost or unreturned keys within 24 hours of check out time will incur a replacement fee.
Fine: $350 for lost key + $150 for lost access card

As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $20 is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $500. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Reporting an accidental damage won’t affect your stay. This waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items.
