Newer Gas furnace heats the nearly 1200'ft, backed by a natural gas fireplace keeping family room toasty warm.

Small but mighty kitchen stocked with all the 'usual suspects', salt, pepper, sugar, flour, oil, and other condiments.

A Portable Prep Island with bar height stools, doubles as card/dinette table.

Lounge in the comfy 3 seater couch, or occasional chairs with your Netflix, Prime & Youtube favs.

The Upright Willis Piano awaits player in large vestibule w 2nd emergency exit, where the fully stocked Laundry appliances are tucked behind white Plantation Louvered doors.

The Requisite Muster Room, of course is the Outdoor Kitchen with Sun Galore in its southwest exposure and decks spanning 60'x 40' L shaped covered, Enclosed with double french sliding barn doors out to BBQ Palace.
Plenty of seating while cooking w natural gas BBQ, 4 Burner gas cooktop, counter, sink, Beer Fridge all warmed with propane heaters.

A little bunk bed set up in small alcove that can sleep an extra person or little kids.

Close by is our Village, Grocers, Gas Stations, Drug Stores (literal and figurative) Butchart and Butterfly Gardens. Church n State Winery, Pizza, Subway, Chinese, Brewski's Pub, Massages, Steams, Dining and Pub @ Brentwood Lodge N Spa, situated 1 football field from ocean.
Based on Double Occupancy, but kids can stow here handily and freely!
