The suite has two bedrooms with queen sized beds. There is a double-size pull-out futon in the spacious and bright living room. The main floor of this character home has two bedrooms, one bathroom (boiler heating ensures endless hot water capacity) living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (compact D/W). Shared W/D laundry is downstairs in separate common room.

Located just a five minute walk from the Royal Jubilee Hospital, this short term furnished rental suite is ideal for physicians in residence and out of town patients and their families.

This location is a 10 minute walk to major bus routes to downtown, UVic & Camosun College and seven minute drive to downtown Victoria. Oak Bay Village, a 10min walk, you’ll find an abundance of local coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, grocery, banks, postal, pharmacy, dispensary, liquor, bike rentals - literally most necessities are a walkable distance. Gorgeous Gonzales Beach and public tennis courts are within short walking distance. GNS private school is on same block with soccer pitch & basketball hoops.

Excellent property and host!

We enjoyed an excellent visit for two months in Lorraine’s lovely bungalow near Gonzalez Bay for a short walk to the beach and Oak Street Ave for shopping and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable and met all our needs. Lorraine was a welcoming host and was helpful in every way. We highly recommend this property.
