• One full bathroom with endless hot water
• Dining area and living space with a warm, inviting feel

A shared washer and dryer is located downstairs in a separate common room.

Located just a short walk from Royal Jubilee Hospital, beaches and amenities. The heart of Oak Bay is just 10 minutes away on foot, where you’ll find local cafés, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, banks, postal services, and bike rentals.

Our stay here was amazing - it has a very cozy vibe and Lorraine was very helpful with everything from checking in to ensuring we had parking spaces available outside of the house! The kitchen has a ton of storage which made food preparation easy, and laundry was easily accessible at all times. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxed, close-to-the-beach place to stay!

Lorraine is a gracious host and was easy to communicate with. The beds were really comfortable. Walking distance to shops and the water and a beautiful yard to enjoy. We’d stay here again.

Great time in Victoria

The suite was comfortable and in a great location, the host was helpful, welcoming, and friendly as well. The location could not have been better with access to beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and easy shopping. We are definitely planning to stay there again. Excellent property and host!

We enjoyed an excellent visit for two months in Lorraine’s lovely bungalow near Gonzalez Bay for a short walk to the beach and Oak Street Ave for shopping and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable and met all our needs. Lorraine was a welcoming host and was helpful in every way. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely area of Victoria

We had a great stay in Lorraine’s top floor. This was a very ,clean unit with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Communication with Lorraine was very easy. We loved the area. So good for biking or walking to beaches, gardens coffee shops or restaurants. Thanks for everything Lorraine.

Home away from home

We loved Lorraine’s home, gardens and area. And she is such a kind and caring host. She is thoughtful regarding the needs of her guests and gives great recommendations for things to do in the area. She is very responsive and helpful in her communication. We also loved getting to know her dog, Olive. The home is cozy, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the front and back gardens that change with the seasons. We are definitely hoping to return in the future!
