About this property

Executive Suite with commanding views - Claudette Ct.

This suite has it all - views, lovely gardens, a private covered patio area and much more. It is fully furnished and equipped - all you bring are your clothes. Of course there is a washer and dryer in the suite. The kitchen has a dishwasher so clean-up is a breeze. There is a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms - one with a firm mattress and one with a medium mattress. Entry into the suite is through a private patio door located at the left side of the house. Internet and cable television complete the package. And to top it off, there is a fire pit in the yard.

Deer and other animals wander down the street on a regular basis. On a good day you may even spot an eagle or a hawk.

Just as pictured.

This place was very nice. It was very clean. Everything we need was there except a hair dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk in the morning. If you have family in the area this place would be perfect. Hosts were great. It was wonderful to have the entire back yard to ourselves.

My wife and I are both retired from organized jobs but we are both active. We enjoy salmon fishing and frequently share our catch with our guests. When I built the house in 2008, numerous people suggested adding a suite. Although initially reluctant, I am glad I took their advice. We have met numerous interesting people through short term rentals.

Why they chose this property

Our home is on a cul de sac with about 20 houses on the street. The neighborhood is safe. In the years i have been here we have never had a single incident.

What makes this property unique

We have a wonderful view of the Sooke hills in the distance. And there is a local swimming hole nearby.
