Hi again Ana and Gus,
it was a pleasure hosting you, Thank you for being the perfect guest,,, and we would love to have you stay again,
There is lots to see and do on Vancouver Island,
We just celebrated Canada Yesterday in Victoria
It was wonderful. Bye-Bye Sheila and frank.
This was a very relaxing holiday. Quiet, peaceful, serene, and away from all the fast paced things in life. The view is absolutely stunning, and probably one of the best places for star gazing!
This property is beautiful and the hosts were exceptionally kind. Far enough from the highway so there are no traffic sounds to disturb the quiet. Bedroom was comfortable and roomy so sleeping was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!
Nice cabin on a private lot. Easy check-in and out process. Has a propane range which made meals-in very easy. Sheila the host was very sweet and accommodating, and was very helpful every step of the way, from booking to check-out. A great balcony to chill on, and a nice covered area too, for outdoors breakfasts.

We had the most relaxing time at Summit House. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were kind and responsive. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a beautiful, tranquil place to stay and would love to return in the future!Thank you Sheila & Frank
We enjoyed staying for two nights. Beautiful property! They do not have a tv as listed. We spoke with Frank and he said he would fix the listing. Truly lovely owners.
The stay my father son and I just had…was nothing less then amazing.
Everything from the view, accommodations to the hosts.
Everything was exceptional to stay in the least.
We will be returning as a yearly tradition.
The property is gorgeous. Every detail is artful and well-designed. A real pleasure to see. It was also comfortable and fully equipped. The patio on the side looks out over the fjord, and on Sheila and Frank’s beautiful house. The setting is lovely. It had a good shower and a comfortable bed. Sheila is very friendly, and brought us homemade scones one morning. Frank brought us freshly picked berries. We truly enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in the cottage for a week while visiting friends and family in the area. Spectacular view rivalled only by the kindness and generosity of our hosts Sheila and Frank. We loved the space as it was quiet and cozy…a true getaway. Thanks for the great memories and new friendships. We’ll be back soon!
Where do I even begin?! My husband and I had a wonderful (too!) few days at the Summit House Guest Cabin. The cabin had plenty of room and amenities, was perfectly decorated and immaculately clean. The property itself was absolutely stunning. While remote enough to feel like the only cabin on the island, it is close enough to anything you might need.
The hosts, Sheila and Frank, were beyond lovely. They took the time to share the history of the property and their vision for it- which my husband and I loved every minute of.
We didn’t want to leave! Going forward, any trip to BC will involve a stay here.
