Minimum 2-night stay.

Relax and unwind in this truly comfortable private suite. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. Watch your favourite shows or movies using one of the smart TV's located in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Simply sign-in to your preferred streaming application/account. Take a stroll on one of the many nearby trails. Capture breathtaking photos at Hatley Castle. Meander through the Royal Roads Old Growth forest while listening to the surrounding wildlife. Located in close proximity to Royal Roads University and within a 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria, this property is perfect for those who seek convenience yet tranquility. With a pop of gold, this suite is sure to feel luxurious and warm. We look forward to welcoming you!

*Please note, there is one step up into the suite. Additionally, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for those who require other mobility aids.

Other things to note:

Guests have a private entrance and private patio/outdoor space (currently unfurnished due to winter season - this will be furnished for Spring). You'll be given an access code for the keyless door lock. The suite entrance is the second door down the left side of the house. Please note, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests using walkers or other mobility aids such as a shower chair or bench.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Royal Woodend Stay. We spent three nights and our hosts were very accomidating and a pleasure to communicate with. The suite was outfitted with many of the comforts of home, and more! If we ever make a trip to the Victoria area again, we would definitely rebook our stay with Brianna and Tyler.

We were visiting family in the area so it was easy access. The ground level suite is as pictured in the photos as advertised. It was nice to have a full kitchen and comfortable couch. The suite was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and exactly as Briana and Tyler described it online.It was the perfect location for my husband and son to stay while I was in hospital .. they had a vehicle so no need to be within walking distance. The neighborhood seemed very quiet which was appreciated after their long days at the hospital.Briana and Tyler were available when they had questions and seemed to be very attentive hosts.I’m looking forward to booking the suite again when I can enjoy it as well!!!

Great location to all the things we wanted to do. Super comfortable beds and couch, well stocked and the little touches (thank you for the Fresca) really made us feel spoiled. Hatley Park was a step out the door, great pizza around the corner and a bakery that we went to twice!! Super clean, excellent communication and very comfortable. I’d be lucky to stay again :)
