The villa has two levels with an internal staircase, (hall, foyer, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and reading/office room) downstairs and (kitchen, living, dining and deck with views) upstairs.
The accommodation is very spacious and liveable, providing a complete home away from home experience.

Maleny has beautiful scenery, a strong eclectic community, great cafes, art galleries, farmer's markets and a very friendly vibe which we thoroughly enjoy.

What makes this property unique

La Petite Grange is unique in that it is a standalone, two storey property with a private walkway and entrance. Due to the two levels, a couple can have private spaces for working, sleeping, cooking, resting. The villa is similar to a small home with separated rooms for laundry, bathroom, bedroom, office/reading room and then upstairs for dining/tv/living and outside deck. It has been very tastefully decorated with original artworks and high-quality soft furnishings etc.
