The Trailhouse Down Under is a new home right on the Down Under Loop! You can hop on the trail right by the house or you can load up your bikes and be at any of the major trailheads in minutes! The property is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Bentonville(you can pedal all the way down town if your up for it!)! There is a beautiful back porch for you to hang out on, drink coffee, or just relax! Come enjoy the trails, art, food, and everything else the local community has to offer!

Best VRBO experience to date!

We loved the deck overlooking the forest. The house was clean with modern furnishings. The owner checked in with us, and we appreciated that. We were glad to have recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and they did not disappoint. Our best VRBO experience by far!

We built the Trailhouse so that we could share Bella Vista with friends, family, and people like you on a more personal level. We enjoy getting people off the couch and outside! We like directly communicating with our guest to make sure that they have the best time possible. If anything comes up, just reach out to us, we would love to help!

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because we wanted to be in the woods but still have the ability to ride to Downtown Bentonville if we chose to. We love being in town during events or grabbing some food but wanted a place of tranquility to get away from the hustle and bustle.

What makes this property unique

We are in the perfect spot to really experience what the area has to offer. The trails are close, the trees and hills are tranquil, and we are within minutes of all the restaurants and city life. We are bike friendly offering a repair stand, storage racks, and a tire pump for our guest to use.
