The space
Whispering Timbers is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 2 miles off the main highway in Bella Vista. Newly remodeled in 2022. House is an open concept design, which gives a spacious feel to the living, dining and kitchen area. The very large master bedroom with king bed has its own bathroom and separate access to the sunroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-queen bunkbed. The sunroom is our favorite room in every season with its natural light and view of the woods.

Great Stay/Great House

Our “just the girls” weekend couldn’t have been better. Our hosts took great care to make sure our stay would be perfect! They thought of just about anything one would need for a comfortable stay. Coffee (from the coffee bar) in the sun room in the mornings was so relaxing. Lots of fun birds to watch! The house was super clean and tastefully decorated. It did not disappoint!

Great place - easy access to main road but in a nice private neighborhood. If we return to the area, we will absolutely book again !

Fantastic Property

This home was beautiful! It had everything our family of four needed. The house was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything. The location was perfect! If I could give the rating 10 stars I would! I highly recommend this property!

Awesome stay

The house was clean, the beds were soft and warm, the kitchen was well stocked, the location was convenient and beautiful. It was a nice getaway and the host’s attention to detail was evident. We could not start the fireplace, which was disappointing after winter traveling but the house was still warm and comfortable.

We live in Rogers, Arkansas, and we love our home state! We also love to travel -usually with destinations that include, music, dancing and hiking. We discovered a few years back that staying in Airbnb properties or VRBO was the best way to be comfortable on a trip. We decided to try hosting our own place. We try to think of everything you need to be comfortable - we understand what it's like being away from home.

Why they chose this property

This property became available, and we bought it in 2021. We thought it would be desirable since it's near the bike trails. It needed quite a bit of TLC. Some older folks lived in it and couldn't care for it anymore. It's a project in process!
