Set on 5.25 acres of private woodland with 360 ft. of rugged Maine coastline, this 4-bedroom retreat offers unmatched privacy, timeless charm, and a true escape into nature.

Step inside to a warm, rustic interior filled with natural wood textures, hand-crafted details, and gentle views of the surrounding trees and ocean.

The living room features a cozy yet open space with beautiful large windows showcasing the surrounding wooded views. The room is perfect for socializing and boasts both a Smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The home has a Moka pot, a regular drip coffee maker, and an espresso machine. There is ample cookware, utensils, and backup toasters - perfect for families who love cooking and gathering at home.

The home has 5 twin beds across multiple rooms - ideal for older children, siblings, or groups. As well, there are two queen beds in the home - one on the main floor and one in the bottom floor apartment area. The cabin’s layout provides plenty of sleeping space while maintaining the cosy charm of a traditional Maine retreat. The home also has 2 full bathrooms.

Spread out across 5.25 private acres of forest and open land with direct access to the shoreline, guests can enjoy: nature paths through the woods, private oceanfront vantage points, or simply quiet outdoor seating for morning coffee or starry evenings. This space is perfect for nature lovers, readers, and anyone looking to unplug.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total – so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This waiver covers damages up to $500.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
