Our fourth visit to this beautiful property - it’s a wonderful house even in imperfect weather! The floor to ceiling windows let in so much light to the bright living & kitchen area and the fireplace is cozy on a chilly night. The new couch is a terrific addition. We’ve loved all our stays here!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was amazing, right on the water with beautiful views. The deep-water dock was a huge plus for us, as I was able to rent a boat nearby and keep it right at the property, which made getting out on the water incredibly convenient.We also loved being able to take a short walk to the nearby restaurant, where the food was excellent. The property is just a short drive from the Boothbay Harbor area as well, with plenty of shops and great restaurants to explore.The property itself was excellent and had everything we needed for a great stay. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be booking again!

A wonderful house with postcard views. Kim notified us before our week even began that the oven had died, so we were without the oven for the first two days, but she kept us well apprised of when the replacement would be installed and it was done early in the week. So future guests will get a brand new oven. Overall, a great house.

What an amazing spot! Beautiful views, amazing location walkable to Robinson’s Wharf (amazing food, bar, dock area) and close to downtown Boothbay. Highly recommend and hope to be back! Very clean and is as pictured.

Amazing home full of sunlight, with incredible views! Walk to Robinson’s Wharf for dinner. Close to Boothbay Harbor for shopping and restaurants. The house works well for family gatherings. Beautiful and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave.

This is our second time staying at this Absolutely Perfect!This waterfront home in Southport is pure perfection—spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you need. Great House and Great Location

Beautiful views and great house. The outdoor area is awesome and has an awesome view of the marina in the backyard along with a private dock. My boys fished and fished there but never caught anything, must have been the time of year. Less than 5 minute drive into boothbay as well plus a restaurant right next door. Loved staying here!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was beautiful, clean, with big windows and a great view. We loved spending each late afternoon enjoying a glass of wine on the deck. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The house was wonderful. I would highly recommended it!

Our extended family stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Beautiful setting, right on the water, with enough space for everyone. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Loved it!
