Loon Cottage has all new furniture and beds, panoramic water views throughout, a mini-split air conditioning unit, and washer-dryer. The cottage is just a few steps to the fire pit, private dock and community beach. Enjoy swimming and kayaking on the lake! With the Boothbay Botanical Gardens only 1/4 mile away, this perfect location is only 2.5 miles to downtown Boothbay Harbor and within an hour of Camden, Brunswick and Pemaquid.

It was exactly as advertised. The lake is beautiful, the property is clean and private, and it is quiet and relaxing. The cottage has been recently updated and has all the amenities one could ask for. The nearby little beach and kayaks got good use!

Wonderful cottage on a quiet lake

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at and will definitely stay again when in the area. The home sits on a beautiful and quiet lake and is a quick drive to Boothbay Harbor area. Very comfortable cottage with amazing views, comfortable beds and all the essentials. Great communication from host and easy check in.

Amazing Property!

Quiet house on a secluded lake. 6 minute drive to grocery store. Close to several nature preserves and botanical gardens. Booth Bay Harbour and Ocean Point nearby. Enjoyed watching changing atmosphere of the lake during cool November mornings. The house was comfortable, newly renovated, clean and fully stocked.

We loved the cottage. View was wonderful, kitchen was great and my family enjoyed the available kayaks and canoe. Only issues we had was just one bathroom for four adults but we got through it and the very low ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. Other than those two things, it was wonderful.

Outstanding cottage!

The cottage is beautiful inside and is located just steps away from the lake. There is a dock and a small community beach. It is located close to all that the Boothbay area has to offer. The cottage was well stocked and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. No detail has been overlooked. Highly recommend this cottage.

Boothbay Getaway

I selected this place due to it's proximity to the Coastal Botanical Gardens. Given the pictures and description online, I expected to be impressed and was not let down. The place is lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need in terms of flatware, dishware, glassware, pans, skillets, etc. I cooked a lovely meal and it felt like cooking from home. The views of knickerbocker lake are stunning. The beds are so comfortable. The place is artfully furnished. Highly recommend.

My kids and grandkids love it there. It is a place we can all come together. They are separated in everyday life and this is a place the families can blend back together .
