Kitchen & Dining: The suite features a functional kitchen equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, and essential cookware. There is a quaint dining table for two, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a home-cooked meal.
Bedroom & Workspace: The private bedroom features a comfortable metal-frame bed and a dedicated desk and chair, providing a quiet space for remote work or study.
Bathroom: A sparkling clean, modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with subway tiling and a backlit vanity mirror.
Laundry: No need to search for a laundromat, you have exclusive access to a private washer and dryer located right in the unit.

Ceiling Height: The ceilings are approximately 6'5" in most areas, with some bulkheads/ductwork lowering to about 6'0". While the layout is open and spacious, guests over 6 feet tall should take note.
Utility Access: The home's electrical panel is located inside this suite. In the rare event that a breaker trips, we may message you to kindly ask if you can flip the switch back on.
Noise: Being a lower-level unit in a residential home, you may occasionally hear muffled footsteps from the floor above, but we strive to keep noise to a minimum.
Parking (Important): On-street temporary parking permits can be purchased directly from the City of Toronto website. Guests are responsible for checking availability for their specific dates and purchasing a pass before a reservation is made.
