5 Bdrm Family Friendly House in Langley BC - World Cup Soccer 45 minutes away!!

Modern well maintained 3 story home on a nice corner lot with privacy and trees, and a bike / walking trail right outside our front door. 3 bedrooms upstairs include the master with ensuite and laundry room, and main floor has an open floor plan and dining area, and a fully covered back deck with gas firepit and outdoor BBQ. Perfect on those warm summer nights! Parking included for one vehicle. No pets and no smoking please. Smaller parties can inquire about using just the 3 bedroom upstairs if you don't need the 2 bedrooms in the basement. Our home is located 5 minutes from the Langley Events Centre and all your shopping and grocery needs. We are 45 minutes outside of Vancouver, close to transit routes and Hwy #1, in a safe and friendly neighborhood, and nearby are beautiful hiking trails, coffee shops, restaurants, golf courses, wineries, and horse back riding. This is our family home and we do our best to keep everything in good working order. We are looking for mature and responsible families only, no partying and loud noise at night please. 10 min walk to Willoughby town centre with restaurants, cafes, shops, and a grocery store. 5 min drive to the Red Woods Golf Course, 15 min to Greater Vancouver Zoo, 20 min to wineries of Langley (take a wine tour!). This is a cheaper alternative if your in town for the World Cup Soccer Tournament between June 13th and July 7th, and your willing to drive out 45 mins out of Vancouver and the chaos of downtown. You will have a local number should there be an emergency that requires immediate attention. Minimum is 4 days, but I prefer longer. $200 cleaning fee - regardless of length of stay.
