Saltwater Cottage - St. Leonards

Enjoy a relaxing stay with family and friends at Saltwater Cottage. The beach, shops, hotel, playgrounds and lake all a short walk from the house. St Leonards and the Bellarine Peninsula have so much to offer, with wineries and breweries only a short drive down the road. There are golf courses and great restaurants all along the Peninsula, and there is something for everyone.

This home is the perfect home away from home. Recently renovated you'll find an open plan living and dining area flowing into the kitchen which overlooks the large, secure back garden. The double door in the dining area opens up to the garden bringing the outdoors in. There is a big yard that allows for secure parking and great for guests with boats.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a gas stove and Chef oven. There is a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster refrigerator everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms, that offer bedding for up to 10 guests with the below configurations all supplied with linen

Bedroom 3 : 2 x Tri Bunks

The fully updated bathroom is equiped with quality amenities for you to enjoy and a full sized shower and bathtub.

The large back garden has a selection of seasonal fruit trees, and you are more than welcome to pick and enjoy. A terrific space to play outdoor games enjoying family time together.

Though we do provide a high chair the house is not baby/toddler proof. We do have some outside stairs and a porch out the front and back where little people may need supervision. We may also have some decorative pieces and trust parents judgement with these and to move if need be.

Please note, the outdoor sheds are not for guests use, and will remain locked for the duration of your stay.

You will find a clothesline for your convenience. The side gate is accessible to all guests so you can park your car down the driveway and have your car securely behind the gates.

There is plenty of secure space to bring your boats and bikes in the backyard. We ask that guests do not park on the front lawn.

In the summer months you are welcome to eat the seasonal fruit in the backyard. There are apricots, plums, figs, pears and a large mulberry bush. We only ask you eat what you pick during your stay so others can also enjoy the fruit.

The property has external security cameras so you will always feel safe.
