Sting Ray Bay - Close to the beach

This property at quiet Bendalong is located on a corner block close to beaches and boat ramp.



An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that enable everyone to interact.



There is also undercover area with gas BBQ outside back door and an undercover front veranda with a table, seating and a gate.



The house itself has three bedrooms with one queen, double and another with queen and tribunk, one bathroom with shower and toilet plus additional second toilet inside.



The sleep-out has one bedroom, with two single beds, shower / laundry and another additional toilet.



Bed linen and towels provided.



The general store and cafe is a short 10 min stroll from the property.



Gas and electric heating.



Bendalong is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holidays, shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.



At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.



Strictly no smoking inside.



Gate on front deck.

Please note property not fenced.
