Très bon emplacement pour la taille du terrain et la vue.

Ce "chalet" a un beau terrain,une belle vue mer, une belle surface, une cuisine et une SDB refaites et assez modernes. Une terrasse couverte sur le côté, une autre terrasse en étage sur le côté, une donnant sur le séjour : ces élément sont de vrais plus !Le reste est cependant ancien, pas aménagé ni soigné dans les détails, le nettoyage et l'ancienneté du mobilier et des agencements laissent à désirer...Mais l'emplacement et taille du terrain sont un plus, avec la vue mer ! Le prix est également en rapport; évidemment.Le séjour reste globalement très agréable, les plages et la côte d' Erquy sont magnifiques.

Tolle Lage, laute Hundezucht nebenan, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Dachboden ist kein wirklicher Schlafraum.. Küche in Ordnung. Es riecht insgesamt alt und muffig

Semaine de rêve

Super semaine dans un cadre enchanteur, baignades à proximité, ballades sur les sentiers côtiers et le soir apéro sur une des terrasses en appréciant le coucher du soleil, nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour.

Tres bon séjour!

Vraiment un super endroit pour se ressourcer au calme! La vue et le cadre sont vraiment extraordinaires! L'acces à la plage sauvage de Lanruen est rapide et aisé. Tout pour passer un tres bon sejour!

Un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé un sejour inoubliable dans le chalet de Morgane et Alexandre. Il est très bien situé, à deux pas de magnifiques plages et sentiers de randonnée. La vue sur la mer est particulièrement appréciable et nous n'oublierons jamais nos aperos sur la terrasse du haut en fin de journée. D'ailleurs il y a une terrasse pour chaque moment de la journée ! Le chalet est très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Ideaal voor zeeliefhebbers.

Evenals vorig jaar hebben wij genoten van huis en omgeving. In de omgeving is veel te doen en je kan hier heerlijk wandelen bv bij vloed over de rotsen en bij eb over het strand. Wat ons betreft zal dit niet het laatste bezoek zijn aan deze accommodatie.

Un petit coin de paradis.

Tres bel emplacement avec vue imprenable. Belles ballades sur les falaises. Dommage que les chiens du voisin soient parfois bruyants, surtout le matin vers 6h30.

Un endroit magnifique

Gîte très agréable avec vue sur la Manche à quelques minutes à pied de la plage d où on peut partir randonner. Nous recommandons ce gîte pour les amoureux de la nature.

Chalet idéalement situé pour amoureux des rando et des baignades

Chalet avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, petit mais bien équipé, avec un bel espace extérieur. Départ à pieds pour de chouettes randos, l'accès aux plages, et même pour un verre ou un repas au Petit Saint Michel. Voiture indispensable pour les courses. Nous y reséjournerons avec grand plaisir.

Superbe semaine passée dans ce chalet perché sur la colline

Le logement (en cours de rénovation) est extrêmement agréable et fonctionnel. La terrasse sur le toit est absolument superbe que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou l'apéro. Le grand jardin autour du chalet est aussi très appréciable (et donne un air de campagne) ainsi que le petit chemin à l'arrière pour aller profiter du lever de soleil. L’intérieur du chalet est bien aménagé et bien équipé, un fond de cuisine ainsi que des produits d'entretien sont présent. Morgane la propriétaire est très agréable et disponible pour tout renseignement.

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable et reposant dans le chalet. Il est extrêmement bien situé avec une vue fantastique. Le chalet était propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Morgane était très serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Gemütliche Hütte mit Renovierungsbedarf

Wir haben hier mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern (1 & 3) unseren Herbsturlaub verbracht. Die kleine gemütliche Hütte liegt sehr schön mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt lediglich ein Nachbarhaus, welches einige Meter entfernt ist und man kann hier ohne Probleme seine Ruhe genießen. Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft nicht um ein Haus in Massivbauweise, sondern ist mit einem "mobile Home" vergleichbar. Es ist jedoch alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Leider sieht man, dass die Unterkunft so langsam in die Jahre kommt. Hier und da geht das Mobiliar langsam kaputt und es könnte erneuert werden. Zudem finden wir nicht, dass hier (wie angegeben) 6 Personen einen längeren Urlaub verbringen könnten. Es gibt lediglich ein Zimmer mit einem "richtigen" Bett. Zwei Schlafplätze sind auf den Boden liegende Matratzen, welche sich in einem oberen Verschlag befinden. Zwei weitere eine Couch in dem kleinen Wohnzimmer. Privatsphäre wäre dort niemanden mehr gegeben. Zudem hatten wir leider das Pech, eine noch sehr unordentlich und dreckige Unterkunft vorzufinden (Müll und Kleidung der Vormieter, Staubmäuse und Krümel etc) und die Matratzen für die Kinder waren voller Schimmel. Die Vermieter waren gut zu erreichen. Nach ein paar Nachrichten und Telefonaten mit den Vermietern und anfänglicher Uneinsichtigkeit, wurden dann aber doch immer Lösungen gefunden (neue Matratzen) und alles fair geregelt. Wer mit wenig zufrieden ist und den Urlaub gerne draußen in der Natur verbringt, wird sich in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl fühlen.
