***POOL HEATING*** EAST FACING POOL

There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. This house features only a Pool, the SPA feature is not available for this unit.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR***

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

***PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS
The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking 200 feet walk from the house.

***PET POLICY***

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed

$150 Pet fee for each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
