About this property

We are proud to have available this truly luxurious 7 bed room 5.5 bath property with over 4000 SqFt of living space. Without doubt, one of the best locations in Emerald Island Resort, withe the home located at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac, and enjoying a South facing pool area overlooking conservation and the lake.

The home has an amazing 7 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 16 guests making it ideal of large groups or multiple families. There are 5 king master suites, 3 of which have their own en-suite bathrooms. The 4th and 5th king masters share a 4th bathroom. There are the two kids twin rooms, one with two bunks, sleeping 4 , and the Princess room with 2 twin beds. Every bedroom has its own large screen LCD TV. There is a formal living and dining room, and a family room with huge 50' LCD TV. Upstairs there is a further living/loft space with another 47' LCD TV. There is also a Blu-ray player in both family rooms, and a Playstation II games console. Each master suite has a ceiling fan, and all bedrooms have walk in closets. All bathrooms have upgraded granite counter tops.

The games room is equipped with a full size slate bed pool table, air hockey table , and a retro space invader video game, plus the 10th large screen LCD TV in this home!!!

The luxury kitchen and breakfast nook area has every modern convenience, with stainless steel double door fridge with filtered water and ice-maker. Granite counter tops and new granite island table with 6 bar stools. This overlooks and leads out to the huge covered lanai, and screened pool deck.

The oversized pool is bigger than most homes on Emerald Island, and overlooks the small lake and conservation land. The pool deck faces South, to ensure the Sun all day. The covered lanai area is nice for some welcome shade in the hot Florida Sun, plus this means you can enjoy the outdoors during those Florida Summer rain showers !! There are 3 tables in total with seating for 14, plus a high-top table, and 2 bar chairs. 4 loungers complete the outside furniture compliment.

The designer decorated home has high quality upgraded furniture, and is of course fully air-conditioned for your comfort, with two separate units, one for each floor. There is free high-speed WiFi internet access, and free calls to USA and Canada

Awesome Disney Retreat

This house was an excellent property and very close to the Mouse parks. The property was clean, very well equipped, exceptional pool and view. We used this as our base of operations for the Disney trip and will definitely come back. Being in a gated community was also a plus.

Comfortable

House was nice and as expected per the listing. The property owners were very responsive to texts and a couple issues we had. The house everything you need except a grill. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and appliances. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property but it’s not perfect or super impressive. You get what you pay for and it was decent enough for us as we spent our time soaking in the local attractions.
