You will enjoy the large outdoor deck area with fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining & seating. Inside is a large kitchen, open concept living area & more.
A modern farmhouse style and freshly renovated large family home in the NW of Calgary.
Guests will enjoy the open concept main living area complete with large island counter seating, dining table and comfortable seating/tv area.
Comfortable sleeping for 6- 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Two of the 4 bedrooms have an adjoining private bathroom.
The summer highlight is the large furnished outdoor deck complete with a large comfortable sectional, fire pit, beautiful seasonal flowers, yoga space, dining for 6 and BBQ. The hammock and trampoline complete the grassy, fenced in backyard. Enjoy a glass of wine under the patio lights after a busy day of exploring.
The basement houses a large gym space with Livestrong treadmill, a variety of weights, yoga equipment and bands/balls. A TV for entertainment. There is also an Infared Sauna for 2-3 people.
There are several areas throughout the home that can be used as a quiet workspace with WIFI booster.
