Just a room over is a large kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances and tools the chef of the group will need to whip up tasty meals and drinks. A private swimming pool offers a refreshing place to take a plunge, loungers are available to work on your tan, and a shaded patio table is a lovely place to eat lunch or play cards.

This house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.
