This was by far one of the worst vacation rental experiences we have ever had. We arrived to find there were NO sheets, NO towels, NO toilet paper, and NO paper towels provided at the house. After multiple calls, we had to wait until almost 9 PM for someone to finally come out and address the issue.To make matters worse, we were then told they “didn’t like how the house was cleaned,” so they decided to clean the house again AFTER we had already arrived. The coffee maker was extremely moldy to the point it was unusable. The hot tub also did not work properly and needed some type of testing done. We spent the entire stay trying to come in contact with someone from Village Realty that would help. They were extremely hard to deal with and could NEVER get an answer for anything. Every time we called we were given different information and told to communicate through the VRBO app, until they stopped responding altogether. They also were not professional. The hot tub took 51 hours to get fixed, got the confirmation it was finished after we checked out. The WiFi was terrible the entire stay and barely worked, and the ice maker was broken so we had to spend our own money buying ice.The listing says that the walk to the beach was 12 minutes. But when you are at the house and put the public access to the beach in your maps, it says it is 29 minute walk, over a mile to the beach. Will never stay here or at any Village Realty properties again.
