The maisonette 'Upper Deck' is located in a newly built house on the ground floor to DG primarily with uneingeschrängtem panoramic views over the Baltic Sea and the California. The apartment is divided into a sleeping area on the first floor with 2 large bedrooms and a full bath with corner tub and a living area on the top floor with large fully equipped kitchen and a nearly 30 square meters large living room with electric fireplace. On the top floor is also another bathroom with shower. Four rooftop ranges from 4 to 30 m2 in all directions allow any time of day resting above the roofs of California and stunning sea views. One can follow the sun throughout the day and finally enjoy the picturesque sunsets over the Baltic fully. All rooms are equipped with birch parquet, the bathrooms are tiled. The beach is in a minute. The emergence of the dike is located directly in front of your house. Also, a washer and dryer in the apartment free of charge. A parking space for your car is available free of charge. We look forward to seeing you at the Baltic Sea!

Die Wohnung einfach traumhaft, sehr netter Kontakt zu Vermieter und direkte Lage am Strand mit Blick auf den Strand . Tolle Sonnenuntergänge und Sonnenaufgänge von der Wohnung aus zu bewundern.

Perfekte Lage, schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung "Oberdeck" hat einen perfekten Ausblick direkt auf die Ostsee - grandios. Ebenso perfekt ist die Betreuung - vielen Dank! Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und vollständig.

Schöne moderne Wohnung in toller Lage, aber.....

Wir haben die Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage direkt am Strand, mit Meerblick und schönen Balkonen. Die Einrichtung war auch in Ordnung. Allerdings gab es unserer Meinung nach zu wenig Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck für 4 Personen. Auch gab es keine Grundausstattung an Seife, Zewa, Backpapier u. ä.. Das würde ich bei einer Wohnung in der Preisklasse erwarten. Ganz schlecht war das Internet. Zeitweise gab es gar keine Verbindung. Filme streamen war teilweise gar nicht möglich. Der Vermietungsservice war leider vor Ort direkt nicht zu erreichen, z. B. hätten wir gerne einen 2. Hausschlüssel gehabt, das war nicht möglich. Es gab lediglich telefonischen Kontakt. Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine schöne Zeit in Kalifornien

Urlaub im gehobenen Ambiente zum Erholen

Die Ferienwohnung Oberdeck besticht nicht nur durch seine zentrale Lage (Bäcker, Fischräucherei, Einkaufsladen, Restaurant usw. innerhalb 150m) und trotzdem viel Ruhe zum Entspannen (kein Umgebungslärm), sondern vor allem durch seine Bau- und Einrichtungsweise. Die Zimmeraufteilung durchzieht sich über 3 Etagen durch das ganze Haus. Unten Eingangsbereich mit Treppenaufgang. In der 2. Etage befinden sich die 2 Schlafzimmer mit Ausrichtung nach hinten. Die komplette 3. Etage ist nur für die Ferienwohnung Oberdeck vorgesehen mit Wohnzimmer (bester Blick auf die Ostsee), dem WC mit Dusche und der schönen Küche. Während andere zum Sonnenuntergang auf den Deich oder Stand gehen mussten, reichte uns ein Blick aus dem Fenster oder vom Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist modern, aufgeräumt und mit einzelnen älteren Elementen gespickt. Die verwendeten Materialien wirken ausgesucht, hochwertig und insgesamt stimmig. An das Beäugen der vorbeigehenden Mitbürger gewöhnt man sich schnell. Der Flyerkasten vor dem Haus war bei uns stets gut besucht. Durch die 3. Etage ist man höher als die üblichen beachbarten Häuser. Auf dem hinteren oberen Balkon (insgesamt gibt es 4) lässt sich wunderbar essen, da die Küche direkt über eine große Schiebetür anschließt. Auch hier schaut man über die benachbarten Dächer. Ausserdem ist der Platz vor Wind aus Richtung Ostsee geschützt. Wir haben uns immer wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung Urlaubern sehr empfehlen, die Wert auf Qualität und Besonderheit im Urlaub legen. Einzige negative Elemente sind die weichen Matratzen, die unzureichende WLAN-Abdeckung (nur in Küche und unterbrochener Empfang) und die Hellhörigkeit zu den Untermietern in beiden Schlafzimmern. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hatte uns auf Nachfrage auch problemlos einen DVD-Player bereitgestellt. Vielen Dank dafür und für einen gelungenen Sommerurlaub mit hoffentlich lang anhaltendem Erholungseffekt! Kleiner Tipp noch: Fahrräder werden von der Marina Wendtorf (10 km) günstiger angeboten als vor Ort. Dazu noch freie Anlieferung bis zur Haustür.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Ostsee ist immer ein Traum....aber mit dieser Ferienwohnung wird der Aufenthalt zum wahren Traum. Ein super schickes, toll eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene...und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail hat man dieses Haus an der richtigen Stelle gebaut. Der erste Kaffee schon mit Blick auf die Ostsee...Sonne pur den ganzen Tag, die man dank der 3 Balkone je nach Sonnenstand, Lust und Laune genießen kann...ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle, die dazu beigetragen haben.
