The entrance area leads to the lower level of the apartment, which houses the 2 bedrooms (both with high-quality double bed, one bedroom with TV), as well as the spacious shower room (rain shower, double washbasin, WC and bidet).

The elegant staircase takes you to the upper part of the apartment. The large and bright living area with its timeless design, floor-to-ceiling windows, TV and gas fireplace is located on the right-hand side. From here you can enjoy the full view of the Baltic Sea and enjoy the sunset. The gas fireplace provides you with cozy warmth at the touch of a button and invites you to a cozy evening.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen is located on the left-hand side of the upper floor. A panoramic view of the Baltic Sea awaits you out to sea, and to the rear you have direct access to the spacious south-facing balcony.

In the middle of the upper living area is the large sauna bathroom, equipped with a large bathtub, a rain shower and a sauna with a panoramic glass wall - the perfect place to relax and feel good.

You can access the balcony terraces from almost all rooms, which invite you to linger in all directions.

A parking space with a charging station is available in front of the house.
