Guest access -
You will have full access to everything in the common areas, pools, parking and beach club as well as exclusive use of beach shaded loungers (only for guests of Playa Turquesa). You will feel like you own the beach! You can literally grab your towel, get out your private terrace and get to one of the most beautiful beaches you could ever see where the friendly beach attendants will designate an exclusive lounge area as per your desires.

As your hosts, we live in this exact same community, so you can rest assured that we will give you the best information to ensure you have a great vacation. We are in love with this unique community where we feel like living in a resort but without the "resort schedules"... we pinch ourselves every morning when we realize we are calling this wonderful place Home.

Everything is right here! The grocery store, over 40 restaurants, souvenir shops, gym clubs, nightlife, everything you need is only a few steps from this unique gated community.

There is 24 hour security at Playa Turquesa and you will be required to wear a bracelet during your stay.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Electricity has to be paid at the end of your stay according to your personal usage. This payment is done in cash only, before your check out. Punta Cana's electricity company, CEPM, charges 22.00 pesos per kw. We will check the meter reader together at arrival and departure and charge you accordingly.
