Enter via the hidden entry off Timms Lane through the courtyard, framed by vine-covered brick walls and a cosy seating nook under a lemon tree. Step inside to the Scandinavian-style kitchen and living area, lined with warm timber panelling.

The sleek kitchen features high-end appliances, including a fridge, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. The black wooden island bench doubles as a four-seater breakfast bar.

Relax in the main living room on the comfy three-seater couch or lounge chair, facing the Smart TV, with comfort ensured by hidden air conditioning and hydronic heating panels.

Stepping up into the hallway, the stylish bathroom has blue feature tiles, a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, and natural light from a small window. A linen cupboard with a vacuum and iron is also provided.

The First Bedroom is located downstairs and offers a plush queen bed, open wardrobe, soft lighting, and plantation shutters for airflow for the bedroom doors.

Upstairs, the second bedroom features a king bed, bedside tables, soft lighting, and wardrobe space. Hydronic heating and an air conditioner keep the space cosy.

The upper landing also hosts a second living space with a three-seater couch, coffee table, and Smart TV. A door leads to a small patio overlooking the surrounding homes’ roofs, and you can also enjoy a view of Coronation Street and the heritage balustrades out of the bedroom window.
