The Space:

Located in the heart of Oakura Village, a popular beach destination, Butlers Lane-Retreat is just a 10-minute scenic drive along Surf Highway 45 from New Plymouth. This charming studio is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, only a short stroll to the popular swimming beach and river. Nestled in a quiet position right by the Oakura 4 Square, restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops, it offers convenience and comfort for your getaway.



Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the owner's friendly little dog, always keen for a pat. This cute studio, situated at the bottom of the owner's home, features a separate entrance for your privacy. It is a cost-effective option that is well-equipped for your holiday needs, making it ideal for travelers seeking budget accommodation.
