Studio behind my garage.FREE WIFI AND NETFLIX. Park on Sackville street.
-Enter property through black gate. -Turn onto left path down to garage. -private access to studio 22. -Waters edge 5 minute walk from property. Surfboard available in your wee shed. Store your e-bikes.Walk down Sackville towards the sea, walk left down the steps to walkway and beach. Access walkway with bike to the end of street and go right across reserve .
-Close to the great things in life.. sea surf and golf and shopping( 7 minute from gate to tee, 2 minutes to the shopping ).
-Fabulous boutique shopping, coffee shops, sports bar plus good old fish n chips.
-air fryer mini oven .
