Inside, the open living area is complete with updated furnishings and a smart TV. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Three can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table has room for six. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, an in-unit washer/dryer, a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, a stroller, and a safety fence between the patio door and the pool.

The walled lanai is fully screened and offers a six-person table and a heated plunge pool (4 feet deep, rapid-heating).

IMPORTANT RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE COMMUNITY:

PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Also, do not park, block, or step on the sidewalk or any grassy areas under any circumstances. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted. Trailers are only permitted with prior HOA approval. Unauthorized trailers may be towed at the owner's expense.
