Check in was in person about 20-30 mins away from property. Not sure if they were busy but they werent picking up their phone when I tried calling them.The floors were sticky in some areas but overall it was decently clean (some wet spots on wall but it wasnt too bad, and the pull out bed had some stuff thatade yoy itchy didnt see any bed bugs but I got a rash the first night; three of the stove top knobs were broken). First impression was that it was a very spacious amd nice place but there were some issues that werent addressed until we were checking out pretty much. The thermostat was not working both upstairs and downstairs and when we contacted them we didnt get a response until the dya before check out (4 days into our stay). It was either very hot when we i itally came and then super cold when cold front came into orlando (no apologies or anything, just said they would contact maintenance and it looks like yhey came by the day before check out and replaced one of the thermostats and not sure what they did to other to fix it).
