The inside of the house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The pool had glass around it that my toddler ended up stepping , we were told a property manager would come and never did. I tried to communicate for an early check in for several days and kept being told they couldn’t confirm, to call the day of. Even once i had the code an hour prior to official check in i was not able to access the home. We were told it was being cleaned. Only to have glass by the pool and dominoes inside the pool. We locked a door on accident and contacted casago , to which they replied a property manager would come and after a hour of waiting i called back only to find out the property manager had communicated there was a key in the home , but no one had communicated that information to us , not about the key and not that no one was coming. The communication through casago was absolutely HORRIFIC. While the home was nice i do not recommend casago to ANYONE
