Experience a beautiful ski-in/ski-out retreat nestled just above Schweitzer Mountain Village! Enjoy an amazing location in this 3 bed/2.5 bath 1800 sq ft townhome which is loaded with features for your winter or summer getaway! Amenities include a private spa, well-appointed modern kitchen, two-car garage, air conditioning, heated driveway, fireplace, WiFi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and gas grill - all within a short walk or coast on skis straight into the village!

The property is a three-level townhome with a spacious 2-car garage and the main entryway on the lower level. Bring all your gear, and you will find plenty of storage space for skis, boards, bikes and more. Going up to the main living level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The open floor plan extends into a cozy living room and deck overlooking beautiful views of the mountain and village. There is also a convenient half bath and outdoor access to the spa on the back side of the property where you can enjoy a private soak and a glass of wine! At the end of the day, rest your head in one of three comfortable bedrooms with top notch mattresses all located on the top level.

If you are new to Schweitzer Mountain, you will find the mountain is truly a gem in the Northwest featuring expansive ski terrain, amazing views, family-friendly prices, and short lift lines. There is a convenient ski trail going right by the unit, so strap on your boots and glide down to the village center in about one minute!

During the summer and fall months, guests enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and regular mountain events. Winefest is one of our personal favorites! You will also find beaches and water sport activities just 12 miles away in nearby Sandpoint.

Schweitzer ski trip

Great house! Two couples traveling for ski weekend. Loved the easy access to the chairlifts. The house was wonderfully furnished and very comfortable.

Amazing Ski-in/Ski-out property

The house was great...well equipped and the private hot tub was enjoyed by all. The ski-in/ski-out access was great and it was so nice to stay on the mountain near all the happenings in the village.
